N + Z is the studio of Nigel and Zino Schat. This page explains the current website and contact by email.
Cookies and your visit
This website uses no advertising pixels or scripts that track your visit. The film, fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. We do not show a cookie banner for this setup. If we later add tracking that requires consent, we will ask before loading it.
Your enquiry
The live form on nplusz.com lets you send an enquiry to Nigel and Zino. You review your details first. Only choosing ‘Send enquiry’ sends your name, email address, question, optional website and selected direction. Local previews of the website send nothing.
We use your details to answer your question and prepare a proposal if appropriate. The enquiry is saved in a private Cloudflare database first. Nigel and Zino then each receive an email notification through Gmail. A receipt number on screen confirms that the enquiry has been stored.
Enquiries are removed from the enquiry database during the next automatic cleanup after 90 days. Email copies and information needed for further correspondence or a project are outside this automatic deletion. You can contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your details.
Your browser keeps the draft within this tab for up to 24 hours after the last save. After confirmed submission, the website removes the entered details from draft storage; only the receipt number and submission status remain temporarily. Expired data is removed when the website next tries to restore it.
To limit abuse, we temporarily use a keyed hash derived from your IP address for a submission counter. Our enquiry system does not store a readable IP address for this purpose. The counter expires after one hour and is removed during a subsequent cleanup.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare delivers our pages and media. It processes technical data, such as your IP address, the time and the requested page, for delivery and security. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies for this.
Email and questions
Email sent to [email protected] reaches Nigel and Zino through Gmail. We use your message and contact details to reply. You can email us with privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete your data.
